Starting back in 2020 as a small individual business, we took a big leap and evolved into what we now know as Direcut Productions. Ever since we opened that new cheaper, our only goal is to provide exceptional service in every way possible, to redefine what you would think is the process of getting your voice heard.

This is why we pride ourselves on creating fulfilling relationships and maintaining them even if the missions we’ve worked on are something that’s in the past tense. This is what enables us to step aside from the ongoing norms and forms that dominate the present digital advertising market and disrupt it by using your brand’s existence as a seed that inhibits the outburst of creative solutions.

This delicate task is handled by our networking specialist who knows how to create new connections out of thin air, ones that then spill into any of our or our peers’ future endeavors. He’s, in fact, so good that the rumour around the office is that he managed to convince a group of Amish to meet up with him on a Zoom call.

Marina turns all of the team’s project wishes and requirements into reality. Whether we need to get a hold of a one-off dress or piece of ancient jewelry for our talents, custom 3D print or CNC something out of wood that makes a quintessential detail for our set, gather up professionals from other industry fields or just make sure that we’re taking care of throughout the whole day of filming.

Damir Pišćetek
DP & Cinematographer

The reason why all of our shoots are Holywood-ready is because of Damir. This 1.95-meter gadget giant handles delicate camera equipment with a gentle touch and precision while making sure the framing and subject composition hides all the team’s food wrapping and coffee mugs laying around the scenery. If you hear someone shouting, “We can fix this in post”, he’s definitely there!

Goran Katić
Studio & Equpiment Coordinator

Where there’s light, there’s Goran. His the sunshine of our lives. Literally. Whenever we’re in the studio, he makes sure that we all look our best by properly pointing glowy bits at us, while still providing us with enough space and equipment for any of the shenanigans we’re planning to do for the day. He’s also our go-to guy for anything photography related, which is no. 1 passion he nurtures the most.

Ella Ternej
Graphic Designer

This is where our ideas and impromptu doodles “meet paper,” at Ella’s workstation. She handles them with a lot of patience and meticulous timing, which is a must-have trait in her line of work, especially if we go overboard in our brainstorming sessions. If it’s anything to do with unique details or branding in any of our offline and online projects, she probably set her eyes and mouse on it.

When he’s not playing padel or tinkering with the latest high-tech gadgets (once an IT journalist, always a one), Matej makes sure that every possibility to improve and amplify a client’s projects is explored, even if that means tackling something that’s completely out of his comfort zone.
